1.SKYLINE & LUGE
If you can`t be bothered walking or taking the Sentosa Express Train (from Harbourview) a good option is the Skyline & Luge. Offering some fantastic views of Singapore from a bird`s perspective, the open-air cable car will take the visitors from Singapore to the Siloso Bech (Sentosa Island) in a full comfort. After the Skyride, for more excitement, you can hop on the luge and enjoy the Dragon`s Trail – 688 metres of the ultimate fun (tickets cost $25 SGD pp, open daily 10.00 am – 09.30 pm).
2.UNIVERSAL STUDIOS
One of the most famous spectacles is without any doubt the Universal Studios, where you can dive yourself into your favourite blockbuster movie and choose from a wide range of performances, theme shows and 24 rides. Entertainment is guaranteed for the whole family, but be prepared to walk as the area is fairly vast (one-day tickets cost $75 SGD pp, open daily 9.00 am – 06.00 pm).

2.ADVENTURE COVE WATER PARK
A great alternative to beat the heat and humidity while having fun is to pay a visit to the Adventure Cove Waterpark. Thrilling water-slides and the tube rafting will make your day absolutely electrifying. If you have children don’t miss out on the snorkelling reef pool where you will get a chance to admire over 1000 different species of fish. The Waterpark offers also a chill-out option at the wave pool, where one can spend a pleasant time after the challenging day (one-day tickets cost $40 SGD pp, open daily 10.00 am – 6.00 pm).
NOTE After The Underwater World was closed in 2016 and the animals relocated to China, Adventure Cove Water Park, S.E.A. Aquarium and Marine Life Park lead the water and fun world in Sentosa.
3.MADAME TUSSAUDS & TRICK-EYE MUSEUMS
The worldwide known Madame Tussauds museum is hosted in Sentosa and it is a good choice for all celebrity lovers. Take a funny photograph with some of the most iconic personalities, superstars, VIPs and famous people of the contemporary history, in form of wax figures (one-day tickets cost $42 SGD pp, open daily 10.00 am – 6.00 pm). The Trick-Eye Museum is a good option on a rainy day – a combo ticket for both museums is available.
4.SENTOSA NATURE DISCOVERY AND BUTTERFLY & INSECT KINGDOM
Located next to each other, the Nature Discovery is an interactive exhibition of jungle and wildlife. The Butterfly and Insect Kingdon is its extension. This is an absolutely amazing showcase of more than 3.000 species of exotic insects from all around the world. Lush vegetation, tropical flowers and cascading waterfalls add to the creation of a realistic environment. Besides, there are colourful parrots and reptiles to make the images even more absorbing (one-day tickets cost $15 SGD pp, open daily 09.30 am – 7.00 pm).
5. SENTOSA BEACHES
Pick a spot under a palm tree, stretch out on the soft sand or enjoy the warm waters of the Singapore Strait. There are numerous spotless strands to take pleasure in. Siloso Beach – lined with beachfront lounge clubs, Palawan Beach – known for the hanging bridge that leads to the southernmost point of Continental Asia and Tanjong Beach – a good base for visiting Sentosa`s Golf Course and its posh resorts.
